| There’s no favorite polo moment for me, I find it endlessly
engaging; from the moment they’re first backing the feisty ponies
out of the trailers to the weary parade back in at the end, the excitement
of the event is everywhere.
The paintings are of all sizes, most of them focused on the action.
I love working with light skittering across the players and ponies
galloping by at top speed, and the movement of shadows beneath;
in addition, there are so many different textures to play one off
the other. There is so much happening all the time, the trick is
to keep it simple!
